2-INGREDIENT TASTY CHICKEN RUB
If you like simple, quick ways to make DELICIOUS grilled (or baked!) chicken, this 2-ingredient Chicken Rub will become your “go-to” recipe for flavorful chicken!
It’s super-simple to get that rub mixed and massaged onto the chicken! Then, after it sits in the fridge for a bit, simply grill (or bake) and add to rice, pasta, salad, veggies….whatever you like to eat with grilled chicken!
2-Ingredient Tasty Chicken Rub — here’s how:
You’ll need the two secret ingredients — a package of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix, and sweet paprika!
These two ingredients mixed together are so so delicious!
Massage onto both sides of the chicken, then spray plenty of olive oil onto both sides of the chicken.
Put the chicken, covered, in the fridge to let those flavors blend into the chicken before grilling or baking. I usually put the rub on my chicken 4-5 hours before I grill it.
Grill (or bake) as usual — internal temperature of chicken should be 160-165 F. when it is done.
I love to put this tasty chicken on a bed of rice (with saffron!), or on a salad with my favorite dressing! The flavors are pretty versatile, so this chicken can go with a lot of different side dishes. Enjoy!
