Let’s get acquainted!
We’re six sisters that love to make things! Recipes, DIY projects, repurposing, and decorating are just a few of the things that we love to do! We’ll share our projects with you here on the Six Clever Sisters blog, so stick around!
Rachel
Rachel is a Publisher and Digital Marketing Specialist at Six Clever Sisters. She and her husband and five children live in western New York where her husband pastors. Rachel is also a graphic designer, so you’ll find lots of printables from her on the blog!
Some of her favorite things to post are organizational hacks and home renovation tips that she’s using in her own home. Between hosting guests often and keeping hungry kids fed, she spends a lot of time in the kitchen, so you’ll find lots of yummy recipes from her as well.
When Rachel has some free time, she’ll probably do some gardening or spend a few minutes sitting in the sun or drinking coffee.
Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m the Pinterest manager here at Six Clever Sisters. I’m married and live in the East Phoenix area with my husband, our sweet daughter, and another little one joining our family at the start of next year. Life is full and busy as we navigate preschool days, toddler adventures, and all the activities that come with this fun stage of life.
Alongside motherhood, I also work part-time as a nanny, which keeps me on my toes and reminds me daily how much joy children bring. When I get a moment to slow down, you’ll often find my husband and me enjoying a good cup of coffee together or sneaking in a walk or bike ride—weather permitting, of course (Arizona summers are no joke!). We’re also very active in our church and stay busy with ways we can serve through music and teaching!
This blog is where I share bits of our life, things I’m learning along the way, and the simple joys that make our days brighter. I’m so glad you’re here!
Liz
Liz is the Email Campaign Manager and a Publisher at Six Clever Sisters. She lives in Tennessee with her husband and five adorable kiddos.
Liz and her husband do a lot of hospitality and outreach ministries at the church where they serve, so you’ll see a lot of great ideas from Liz on these things. She is a homeschool mom and lover of all things organization. She also enjoys coming up with yummy simple recipes for her busy life with church and family!
When Liz has a free night, she’ll either be working on farmhouse renos with her husband, going on a date or sitting outside watching her kids and chickens play. 🙂
Abby
Abby is a Pin Designer at Six Clever Sisters. She and her husband live in Zambia with their four little ones, all six and under. She and her family serve as missionaries in Africa, where everyday life is full of adventure, joy, and plenty of learning.
On the blog, Abby shares her passion for creativity—whether that’s whipping up homemade drinks, baking from scratch, or crafting projects that bring beauty and meaning to everyday moments. Homeschooling keeps her days full, but she still makes time for crocheting, experimenting in the kitchen, and enjoying the African sunshine. Abby also loves opening her doors to others, and her home is often filled with guests, laughter, and good food.
Through her writing and designs, Abby loves encouraging others to embrace simple living, creativity, and the small joys that make life sweet.
Emily
Emily is the Instagram Marketing Manager at Six Clever Sisters. She lives near Pittsburgh, PA with her husband Eli, their two young children, a goldendoodle, and seven runner ducks.
Emily has always loved DIY projects, and she and her husband have had their fair share of them as they’ve started updating their first little home together.
She has recently found a love for baking sourdough and spends lots of her time in the kitchen, preparing baked goods for her family and her friends. She also enjoys making snacks and treats from scratch for her kids to enjoy.
Emily and her husband love trying local cafes and coffee shops.
