  1. I made this a few weeks ago for a get-together. I have a couple of friends that are vegetarians and wanted to do more than just a veggie tray. This was a HIT! It blew everything else on the table away and has been requested again, already. We served it with Tostitos scoops but ran out. We had Fritos scoops left over from a previous recipe so we served those. Both were good but we liked the Tostitos the best. Thanks for the recipe!
