MAPLE CINNAMON ROLL SMOOTHIE
I’ve been making cinnamon rolls over the past few weeks. Stuck in the house, 3 little kids, homeschooling mom… what’s more fun and relaxing than baking in the kitchen and making the whole house smell so cinnamon-y good?
BUT… I know when things are normal again… no one is gonna want those extra ‘quarantine pounds’. So, the baking hasn’t quite come to a halt… but I have slowed it way down. hahaha
My alternative to those ooey gooey cinnamon rolls is this Maple Cinnamon Roll Smoothie.
Especially now that it is warmer, ice cold drinks really hit the spot! Try this ice cold and healthy sweet treat!!!
Banana, oats, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Mmmmmmmm.
My favorite easy way to make a single serving smoothie is with a stick mixer, or immersion blender. Like THIS ONE. So easy and clean up is a breeze. 🙂

Maple Cinnamon Roll Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2/3 banana
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour over ice and enjoy!
