A Week of Christmas Giveaways! {DAY #2}

Here we are again! It’s our “Week of Christmas Giveaways” and this is Day #2!! We sisters have been working on some beautiful gifts to give – we’ve got one handmade item for each day to gift to one of our followers!

We launched the Six Clever Sisters blog back in May of this year {2016}, and it’s been a lot of fun, strategizing, creating, and WORK! ???? We’ve had hours of sister-talks and messaging and conferring with each other about our DIY blog projects (sisters are the BEST for this!) to make this happen!

All of you have made the whole experience so special – reading your comments about how our DIY tips and tricks, printables, recipes, etc. have helped you has made it so worth it! We look forward to adding some brand new things to the blog in 2017!

I live in the beautiful state of Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountains with my sweet husband and two adorable baby boys, James and Simon.  My husband assists in pastoring a church here, and I thoroughly enjoy helping him with his ministry. Having been married for just over 2 1/2 years, and already blessed with a 21 month old and an almost 9 month old, I have experienced a whirlwind of life changes in a short time! It’s been a wonderful experience and I am loving learning how to be a good wife to my husband and sweet momma to my little fellas.

I’m so glad my sisters and I have this wonderful way to share our love for creativity with all of you, and also to share sister time even though we rarely can all be together. If I ever need tips or opinions or fresh ideas, I know my help is just a group text away. 🙂 I love my sisters and treasure our times together and the memories we have made over the years!
I have many opportunities to put my crafting and creativity to work here and that makes me happy! I am involved in a lot of baby shower, bridal shower and church fellowship planning, as well as trying to get our recently new home decorated just how we want it. Between ministry and taking care of my home and 2 babies, I don’t have too much extra time, but whenever I can, I love to see what new things I can come up with! I have a skirt for a friend’s daughter and Simon’s Christmas stocking calling me from my sewing area right now…. 😉
Before today’s giveaway item is announced, I have to share one picture of my two sweetie pies. Aren’t they the cutest little men ever??? Well, I may be a little biased…

I have for one of our readers today the DIY Wooden Sign that I posted about several weeks ago – this is such a popular style of decor right now! I’m sure many of you could find a perfect spot for it in your home today.

I’m in love with this style right now, and just recently made some similar signs with different sayings for Christmas gifts. They turned out great, but are a secret until Christmas so I won’t be sharing any pictures at this time. 😉

If you haven’t checked it out yet, please head here to see my tutorial on making wooden signs and follow my steps to make one with your favorite word or quote. You’ll be surprised at how easy and fun it is… and you may become addicted like me!

But one of you will be the lucky winner of this beautiful “Simply Blessed” sign today!!!

We’re taking all entries over on Instagram since it’s all of us girls’ FAVORITE social media site – we love the interaction we’ve had with so many of you on Instagram!

So head on over…..and…..

  1. Make sure you “like” our page on Instagram – we’re @sixcleversisters.
  2. Tag a friend in the comments for an entry. You can tag as many friends as you like for unlimited entries!
  3. That’s it! You can enter through 3 a.m EST the following day, and we will choose that day’s winner a few hours later (when we’re up and about and have had our coffee!) ????

See you there! Good luck!

  1. Wow – how did I miss that your little guys are even closer in age than ours? That’s so neat – Danny is almost 2 1/2 and Eddie is 9mo. I’m so glad you can still find time to craft…I know how much it puts a spring in my step when I can look at two fed, {relatively} clean, sleeping boys and then spend some time with my sewing machine. 🙂
    Thanks so much for sharing – and for fitting in the time for the beautiful tutorials!
