It’s that time of year when we all realize we need to get back into the habit of eating healthy 🙂 Start the year off right with these healthy breakfasts!

Happy Thursday 🙂 This time of year is always such a fun time – making memories, spending time with friends and family, and baking and eating waaaay too many cookies 😉

We all know that the coming of the New Year brings with it many resolutions . . . eating healthier, working out more, spending more time with family, etc. To help you start out the new year healthy {and help you stay healthy all year long!}, I’ve compiled a little collection of some yummy and healthy breakfast recipes from other bloggers! From smoothie bowls to turkey breakfast burritos to pomegranate parfaits to sweet potato toast – you’ll find all the best recipes to get your year started off on the right foot!

And before the recipes, here is a super simple healthy breakfast you don’t need a recipe for! 

I just use a frozen banana, a scoop of Naked Nutrition Peanut Butter Powderand about 1 cup of liquid (coconut milk, almond milk, milk, etc). Sometimes I’ll throw in a scoop of dry oatmeal as well. Blend, and you’ve got a nutritious, filing, and delicious quick breakfast or snack!
