I’m always on the lookout for delicious recipes that don’t take much time or ingredients. I’ve recently been loving to make these easy cake mix cookie bars/brownies – coming up with different combinations and flavors to try out is so much fun.
Since the holidays were upon us, I decided to try something Christmas-y. I love peppermint and chocolate together during the holidays so I decided to come up with something along those lines.
I started with a chocolate cake mix, oil, and eggs. To that, I added Nestle peppermint-filled baking truffles and mini chocolate chips to make it deliciously rich and chocolate-y.
