Easy Nescafé Iced Coffee Recipe

If you love iced coffee but don’t want to make a single tall glass every time the craving hits, this easy Nescafé iced coffee recipe is for you! It makes an entire 2-quart pitcher at once, so it’s perfect for serving several people or keeping plenty of ice-cold coffee ready for a busy morning.

Made with Nescafé Gold Espresso, milk, sugar, vanilla, and ice, this delicious iced coffee tastes creamy and refreshing without an espresso machine. It’s one of the easiest ways to enjoy that coffee shop flavor right in your own kitchen.

Easy Pitcher Iced Coffee
The first thing you’ll do is make a quick espresso concentrate. Nescafé Gold Espresso dissolves easily in hot water, making it especially convenient for homemade iced coffee.
Mix the Nescafé Gold Espresso powder and white sugar with boiling water, stirring until the coffee granules and sugar are completely dissolved. You can also use brown sugar if you prefer its slightly richer flavor.

It really is just a few easy steps.

Next, fill a 2-quart pitcher with ice.

Pour cold milk over the ice . . .

then add the espresso mixture and a splash of vanilla extract.

Give everything a good stir, and your iced coffee is ready to serve!

Tips for the Perfect Iced Coffee
For the best iced coffee experience, make sure your pitcher has plenty of ice before adding the milk. The hot espresso mixture will melt some of it immediately, helping cool the coffee quickly.

If you’re making the coffee ahead of time, another option is to combine the coffee, sugar, boiling water, vanilla, and milk first and refrigerate it. Add ice when you’re ready to serve so it doesn’t become watered down.
This pitcher recipe is especially good for a hot day, brunch, or anytime those coffee cravings hit. You get creamy, sweet iced coffee without waiting in line for barista-made coffee—and you can adjust the sweetness and coffee strength exactly how you like it.

Make It Your Own
One of my favorite things about this coffee recipe is how easy it is to customize. Whole milk makes a rich, creamy drink, but you can substitute oat milk, almond milk, or another plant milk.
You can also experiment with different flavors. Add chocolate syrup for an easy mocha, caramel syrup for caramel iced coffee, or substitute maple syrup for some or all of the sugar.
For an even stronger coffee flavor, try using coffee ice cubes instead of regular ice. As they melt, they won’t dilute your drink.
Once you see how simple it is to make a whole pitcher at once, this may just become your favourite recipe for enjoying the cool side of coffee at home!
