When the hot weather hits, I become a huge fan of cool creamy cottage cheese bowls. From breakfast to lunch, snack or dessert- I’m all in! It’s a great way to add a punch of nutrition and a load of protein, all the while satisfying your hunger or sweet tooth. I enjoy the savory bowls as much as the sweet ones!

This strawberry peach bowl is the perfect way to start off a warm summer morning. The bursts of flavor from the fruit ignites your senses and give you a nice cheery boost. Protein is the best way to start your day, plus adding in a little fiber makes it even healthier.

- I like to use full-fat cottage cheese for extra creaminess, but you can easily substitute with low fat if desired.
- If you struggle with the texture of cottage cheese, like a lot of people do!… try blending it smooth prior to making your bowl. It’s a lot easier to take in if texture is your issue!
- This bowl can be made with any fruit. Fresh is best, but I would use canned peaches if I couldn’t get my hands on a fresh one! You can also use frozen fruit. Simply microwave the frozen fruit for a few seconds to thaw it out just a little bit.
- Any type of granola, nut crumble, plain nuts, coconut, etc will make it yummy. A little crunch is what you’re looking for!

This peach strawberry bowl is creamy, sweet, packed with fresh peaches and strawberries, crunchy granola, and a drizzle of honey for that classic cobbler taste. Plus, with cottage cheese as the base, it’s high in protein and totally satisfying!
