Lately, I’ve been eating tuna almost every day for lunch! I’ve been trying to eat healthier and tuna has been my go-to protein. I get the Starkist packets from our local Fry’s because they’re almost always 10 for $10! My favorite flavor is the Hickory Smoked Tuna 🙂
One of my favorite ways to eat tuna is to chop up some avocado or cucumber (or both) and mix it with the tuna and some seeds and nuts . . . and sometimes I add a spoonful of hummus 😉 My mom laughs that I love tuna so much these days because when I was younger, I despised it with everything in me haha.
So since I’ve been eating so much tuna, I wanted to find recipes to try out different ways to eat it. I recently had tuna steaks and oh.my.goodness. I absolutely loved them! So so yummy!
